1. Open your own party.
2. Disable the option of "only one job", so you party fills faster.
3. Wait til completion. (If you don't have enough time for that, maybe the game is not for you)
4. Enjoy the content with your party.

To the OP. As I decided to play reaper this expansion as did literally everyone else, I know your pain. However your reasoning is stupid… I wouldn’t join a party with another reaper and wouldn’t join a party without the 5%. If I was a ninja, you wouldn’t want two tricks over writing each other. It’s as simple as that. So get over yourself and either play another job, make your own PF or simply… don’t play at all
so...
you prefer to be told to leave / kicked from party after joining because the party leader don't want multiple job on the party (lb and raid buff reason, also loot competition if cleared),
rather than told to not join the one per job party ?
lol… just make your own group and stop crying
Did not read the entire thread but why not make your own group?
Parties not catered to you?
Create you own?
I don't know...

Add a free pvp option, create a free pvp map / duel allowed everywhere (except capital) / PvPvE event option and let the total choice of classes at 100%, add specific attributes to each job (which can be applied only on his own character, And are cumulative, for example; if you have 8 jobs level 90 [you constantly play with 8 ultimate attributes]) ), a new kind of player will arrive and stay to fill the waiting room (because the pvp is a mandatory escape sometimes, but it is imperatively necessary), In short, pull the game up and not down.

It's a pretty common option for DR Savage where lb's are very important given the way raising the dead is so reliant on it and I'm sure that is important for other content as well. Just seems to me they've made it easier to set up a party finder for those who want this option.

Continually amazed at folks practically looking for things to complain about.
The tools are already there.
Make. Your. Own. Party.
Not all PvE players do PvP but all PvP players do PvE
