One player per job? REALLY SQUARE?!

I am not sure I entirely understand the issue. What exactly is the problem?

OP wants to play a specific class in the savage raid.

You get faster LB fill up if you have unique classes.

On day one many PF groups limit their group to one player per class and can set that in PF to enforce it.

OP is finding groups that already have their desired class in the party and is therefore unable to join and seems unwilling to make their own.

To the OP:

PF rules are defined by the player and not SE. You join in via PF, you play by the rules set by the starter of the PF group. Don't like their rules? Don't play with them. Start your own or join one that you like the rules of.

What I am doing is protesting the patch note where if a party has two or more classes in a specific roll and have to pug for the last? Their strategies that they are used to are screwed because of the limitation that Square has put into place for savages.

This is going to continue for all the duties, and I don't want to see that happen. It's Savage Raids now, and it's testing the waters to screw over more people. NOT trolling, not being a Karen/Ken. It's using my brain and thinking about what's to come should nobody speak up about this.

Your complaint is so incoherent in the first place that it sounds like you're upset that other people's parties aren't being catered to you specifically.

If that's not what you're upset about, you should probably figure out how to communicate your problem better.

You aren't saying it explicitly, but you sure are implying it by how outraged you are that players out there have a desire to fill the LB as fast as possible and therefore want to restrict their parties in order to do so. It's their group, their rules.

Here's a real life example of what you're doing:

You went to a club house whose purpose it is for DnD games wanting to play a gnome character. None of the DnD parties that are currently accepting new players are playing in a setting that supports gnomes and therefore reject you unless you want to switch race. You refuse to switch race. There are several players waiting in the wings to join in groups with their desired stories that for whatever reason don't want/able to join the parties that would be willing to play a campaign with a gnome. You go to the club house owner and complain that none of the groups will accept you and demand that the groups take you in and force adjust the group's story to allow you to join.

You're complaining to SE about players setting rules for who they want to play with.

What patch note are you even talking about?? Did they change something today I'm not seeing? I thought the one per job thing was added ages ago.
