One player per job? REALLY SQUARE?!

I have this thing called 'work' that I can't unlock things on day one. Several of us have it, school, or other obligations. Getting into parties for content I need when everyone wants players who have cleared is soul crushing, and now you have it as a requirement for raids?!

Seriously... WAY TO GO SQUARE!!!! You are punishing players who can not be on all the time because of what is going on in party finder!

Make your own party? I work 40 hours a week and have full time courses in college. It's not hard to do stuff in game still.

Option 1: Make friends and do the raid with them

Option 2: Learn how to be flexible as a player

Option 3: Take some initiative and make your own PF entry

Option 4: Sit around expecting the world to solve your problems for you and whine and complain when it doesn't

Two; I level multiple classes to help when they need a substitute player?
Three: If I can't get a party in party finder, can't do it anyways.
Four: Speaking up is doing something about it.

I guess for some jobs it doesn't matter, but i'd be annoyed if i was a Bard/Nin *some others* and another would join the party..

Having different jobs has always helped limit break gain and if you form your own party you don't have to follow any of the raid finder rules I don't think so I am not sure where you are finding the mandatory part? People have been stipulating outrageous things in PF for years now anyway, for instance I saw one today for EX2 trial that said it was a learning party but they had restricted it to only people who had completed could join.

OP wants to play a specific class in the savage raid.

You get faster LB fill up if you have unique classes.

On day one many PF groups limit their group to one player per class and can set that in PF to enforce it.

OP is finding groups that already have their desired class in the party and is therefore unable to join and seems unwilling to make their own.

To the OP:

PF rules are defined by the player and not SE. You join in via PF, you play by the rules set by the starter of the PF group. Don't like their rules? Don't play with them. Start your own or join one that you like the rules of.
