Yeah you are right he didn't actually submit a date. It still doesn't justify giving nothing/sub-acceptable in return for a subscription or a paid for game. I get that there is world issues. I also get they are unsolvable.
I do not get why they will not return the cash since they clearly cannot provide the service.

Also, you are not paying for this game at the moment.

I have -£76.13 on my bank statement that disagrees with this.
