The last statement was that this patch would be used to bring servers online. The queues are now double over where they were prepatch. This is clearly not the case.

When I saw 3000 in the queue, my response was to simply switch it off. How many others do you think did exactly the same thing. There is a fair chance that the queue would have been double had all been stubborn about it. If flexibility is this much of an issue, then at the very least, SE should be telling people at the point of payment that this may not be functional. Every person paying a sub has an expectation to play.

Refunds on subscriptions are not an option, I tried. Suspending your account until the servers are sorted is also not an option. Transfers to balance server loads have never been mentioned.

At this moment in time I am pretty annoyed with myself for paying for this game.
