SE cutting corner has been a thing since SB. Just happens to be getting worse with each expansion I guess.

Players eventually do unsynced raids for glamour and mounts. In reality is content that everyone will use at some point.Honestly? It makes perfectly logical sense for this to be the case. Raiding is a niche activity. The overwhelming majority of the game's population will never touch a single raid in their entire life with the game. That they would focus more on things that everyone will see and do rather than the stuff that only a tiny fraction of the player base will see seems obvious to me.

Yeah it was a huge bummer.
I'm at least happy about the other tomes set for casster/healer, and the raids set for tank/maiming/striking (except you can't dye it without savage so eh), but most of the rest from this expansion was reskins and yeah, let's not talk about the undyable dungeon stuff.
I'm particularly annoyed at the pvp set reskins, both because reskins and because those glams were one of the few reasons that got people to do pvp at all, since it's basically the only nice looking stuff you can get from wolf marks, and they haven't added anything to get with wolf marks in a loooong time. But then, they never hid not caring about pvp so eh.
PS: in any case since they didn't give us any new glamor dresser slots, and it was already full forever ago, I kinda dread getting new nice glamours at this point, instead of being happy.

tell me about it... my dresser's been at 400 for almost a year at this point and everytime I get something new I need to pick and choose what I need to remove from the dresser/put in a saddlebag/retainer... It just feels really odd that we keep getting new glamour pretty much every single patch but the dresser capacity never increases
There's plenty of other nice stuff still there, and even if there wasn't, things still get different colour schemes.
The comparison glamour I posted earlier, for example, works better with the white feathers and dye pattern of the old set so I'd still choose to get the PVP version for it despite my dislike of PVP and the new version being easier to get.
After playing WoW for 16 years and having been there during the downfall of Blizzard there are some early signs here that we saw on Blizzard forums some odd 10 years ago. And believe me, we were just as proud of our company because Blizzard had always been there for us and could do no wrong. And look how that turned out in the end. Don't be afraid to call out this kind of stuff. Less content, cutting corners, now this NFT stuff, this will just keep on getting worse unless the community pushes back against it heavily. And no Yoshi-P alone can't save the game. We also had our "gamer" devs of whom many turned out to be creeps and others were forced out of the company by the corporate and replaced.
its not its just how different coloring worksI took some comparison pictures of the Republican and Classical Medicus set (specifically the chiton, wrist torque and caligae). In addition to the usual colour alterations, the metal texture on the new version is a lot more detailed.
The chiton is dyed Snow White and the caligae Metallic Brass in both examples.

the problem for them is 2 thingsWhile the re-used gear sets have been disappointing I've gotta say, the sheer number of people getting mad about the dragon theme for the tomestone gear is really confusing. It's designed after the radz at han guard guys. The place that's led by a dragon and populated largely in part by au ra. It's supposed to look like dragon scales.
1 its looks like a DRAGOON set for all classes. then its a set taken from NPC's. its a new low for tome gear
The set didn't exist until EW dropped and you couldn't obtain until 6.05
So what is the problem? What does being a tome gear upsets you? Tome gears also follows a theme just like any other previous expansion ones.
I am all up for critics with certain roles/class not looking good or looking awkward etc with gears but your 2nd point is so... unclear for me...
