Possible future gearset seen in the 6.0 final dungeon? *spoilers*

I've been wondering about these guys from the middle section of the Dead Ends dungeon:

They look to be Hyur NPCs in unique gear, so I'm wondering if it might be future equipment for players - perhaps PVP gear? Particularly since the overall amount of new gear has beeen quite low this expansion, and the NPCs could easily be wearing Late Allagan gear or something like that if they're just a once-off character model never to be seen again. (Though of course that would kick off a lore debate over whether it is repurposed gear or they really are Allagans.)

Yeah, PVP seems the most likely place to find something like this. Alternately if we end up exploring that Allagan spaceship on the moon – although again that would risk blurring the lines of lore by having the Dead Ends race wearing Allagan clothing.

The Allagan spaceship definitely feels like it's placed there ready for future content, but there are plenty of actual Allagan designs that we're due to (finally) get as recolours. Given the trend of this expansion repeating the sets that came from gear design contests, both the Lost and Late Allagan sets would be fitting for a hypothetical dungeon there.
