    I'm guessing 590 without upgrades and 600 with upgrades based on past experience, which would also put Savage armor/accessories at item level 600 with weapons being 605.

    Straight buy tome gear should be 10 ilvls above normal raid and crafted, then AUGMENTED tome should be 10 more above that for the total of 20.
