Yes, healers are balanced right now with the exception of some bad changes to White Mage. The Thin Air Nerf and the Lilybell only working when the White Mage himself takes damage are horrific for the White Mage.

Reaper still gonna be on top, ok.

Thank you for sharing! Since we got the Thavnairian armour, I see no reason why we shouldn’t get Garlean ones in future patches. Yes, we got the imperial coats, just not proper Garlean armour that the legati, centurions, & imperial guards wear.

1. The normal raids and extremes are sufficient to get a good idea of how job damage is.

2. Potency changes only matter to week 1 Savage clearers (and speedrunners later on, but that's a far smaller minority), so delaying potency changes is just an inane suggestion.

I'm guessing 590 without upgrades and 600 with upgrades based on past experience, which would also put Savage armor/accessories at item level 600 with weapons being 605.
