    You're looking at patch 6.01 notes, that was 2 weeks ago, and it didn't fix anything.

    The current maintenance is for patch 6.05 and they didn't mention anything of that:

    Sadly these issues are also happening on PS5 & we don't have the option to access control panel to effect changes in the manner described, I wonder if this is being addressed.
    All seems to be rooted in the delivery of this new 'spatial audio'?

    Oof, thanks for pointing that out. Devs need to know then that their fix didn't solve the issue.
