Limsa in a need of instances

Basiclly the title kinda silly that my low pop server is getting "the area is to congested to teleport to"

I don't know if I like this idea of having Limsa instanced. It's a major hub where all the people can come together in one place and also where I can people watch the weirdos...er, the events that is happening.
