I'm not a pro DRK i'm not even 90 but for what i have seen so far and what i'll get lvl 90 i just can't help remembering Heavensward iteration who was so much fun !




The current rotation 123 is EXTREMELY boring, to just have oGCD to press in between doesn't make DRK fun at all.
Adding some sort of GCD back would be good if those GCD have some sort of mechanics tied to it.

"Power Slash" combo back please !
Remove button bloat and add Power Slash ( as an exemple ) GCD with a mechanic.




DRK lack identity, it's just dull, RPR shield should have been a big part of DRK or some sort of sustain through dps like "Souleater".
Just to give an idea, adding a phase where DRK skills leach life, or again by shielding, ofc it doesn't have to be broken because healers would not be wanted anymore.
Tanks doesn't need to be healers, we have to find a good balance with sustainability.

Right now DRK is just a dps with better mitigation.


"Shadowbringers" skill is boring : ) It is just a better "Flood" animation.
"Salt and Darkness" same thing, a boring design skill.
A lot of DRK EW skill look like dev didn't knew what to do.



I mean at this point DRK need a big rework ( for me ).

Sorry for all of my bad syntax, i had in heart this thought since ShB.

Of course this thread is not for me being satisfy but to bring DRK in a better place, my view is as an casual Tank, i'm a dps first, but even as a DPS i can clearly see DRK being shunned away.


Bring back "Dark Arts" too please hehe
