What additional character options could be added with "new faces"?

With the addition of the long-awaited "Midlander stubble" face, and Hrothgar faces before that, the devs have taken the route of adding multiple copies of the same face but with one key element changed.

So what else could potentially be added with the same approach?

A choice of horns for Au Ra seems like the most obvious request that could be fulfilled this way.

It could also allow for a wider choice of things like racial tattoos that are very limited per face.

Edit to be clear: I'm not calling for a "list everything you wish they'd add to the creator". Think within the scope of the current character template and what option they could swap out for a different equal option, or what permanent part of the face (eg. horns) could be changed for a different permanent part.
