Good thinking.Possibly, if one is about to do a dungeon for the first time, and there is a new marker type, make the training part of the unlock.... as an example, run to a guy at the entrance of Sohm Al (I think that's the first for stack), he explains what a stack marker is maybe with Smith like "try it", only then does the dungeon entrance appear.
