    Rework the FATES to be more like what ShB and EW have now with the bicolor gems.

    Update/add more to the job hunt logs. Give us more to do with those.

    More GC stuff: More ways to work on rank, also like someone else said, give us the option to turn in items sooner.

    Change/fix old dungeon/raid mechanics so they are all the same as what end game has. There are a few different fights that have a "stack" mechanic, and they all use different markers. Fix it so they are all universal.

    Find a way to make quests that unlock emotes or minions stand out. Change their icon color, or even just give them the + like other quests. A lot of those gems are just hidden around.

    Do more with the Smith training. There is a lot that could be expanded on there that could help people in the content of the game.

    Allow people to buy Tomestone gear before they are done with the MSQ. So many times I will be working on a character, end up capped on tomes, and I will have nothing I can spend them on. Let people buy things early, there isn't much reason to block them from using their tomes.

    Other things:

    * Exp from spamming roulette - leveling one can give you like MSQ Ifrit and other, which is close to no exp. Like early on below 50 you get 1-2 levels per run if you get good match on the instance, but the also slows down a bit. As tank in need in 50/60 roulette I also takes me a lot of runs to get the exp.

    * Second thing to look at is possibly the daily roulette rewards - you have to do it on the max level job to get the max level tomestones. You can't switch to other one, lower level, without loosing those rewards (especially if you would switch to job type in-need).

    Giving every single dps job a basic aoe move at lvl 15.

    Veteran healers don't care if we need to heal, but right now we don't. We want interesting things to do during the downtime other than a 30s dot and a single filler spell that hasn't changed from lvl 4 to lvl 90.
    Dead DPS do no DPS. Raised DPS do 25/50% lower DPS. Do the mechanics and don't stand in bad stuff.
    Other games expect basic competence, FFXIV is pleasantly surprised by it. Other games have toxic elitism. FFXIV has toxic casualism.[/LIST]
