Does Doman Reconstruction add "city amenities" to the enclave?

I tried googling this but everyone's asking what the character gets reward-wise for doman reconstruction. What I want to know is what the enclave gets! It's really just a couple amenities away from being a very cool and thematic place to do queues and just anchor myself between dungeons, and as a long time fan of the Suikoden series, I was wondering if perhaps the reconstruction might be something worth dumping time into for this reason alone.

So basically what I'm asking is not so much what glam or housing stuff I can buy when it's all done, but what other town-like features get added here? An inn? A market board? Hell upon arrival I can't even vendor anything before starting quests, I imagine that gets fixed, right? I think I saw something about a junkmonger on the wiki.

No inn, no market board. There is a retainer bell, a vendor or two, and the donation basket. Functionality-wise, not much else.

Retainer bell, Mender, Junkmonger with a few unique glamours and housing objects. "Main" aetheryte. Also the Doman donation NPC you can use for 40k for "free" a week (donate some gil sacks and they double in value up to 40k).

No market board or Inn though.

Your main reward is that it doesn't look like complete garbage when you have to go there to get to Gangos.

After that, there's the weekly donation that marks up the buying price for items filling up your inventory. A good way to burn company seals is to buy those items that have NPC sell price of 360 and turn them into Doma.

Then there's a vendor that sells a couple of items only available through them. Off the top of my head I remember a glam, a furnishing, and an item for making the Sadu minion.

But it's still a part of the game and you should do it for the game's sake. It doesn't take much except selling your worthless junk. It still irks me that there are people who are willing to sit for 8 hours waiting for Chi but will skip cutscenes and other optional content. To each their own I guess.

Thanks for the info. Honestly just having a vendor and having it be "city enough" to use glam plates might be enough to get me to do it! If it fills out the aesthetic more that might be nice to see!

I would not mind if they add more to the zone, I finished it ages ago and looks wise its still one of the most pretty zones for me, so an Market board and some sort of Personal quarters "Inn" would be nice.

I still think that StB is in terms of Dungeons, Zones, Raids and Aesthetic is best expansion, so for me personally its kinda sad that its left in the dust.

When you max out your fame you can vendor 40,000 gil in trash per week at a 100% bonus. So giving the donation lady 20k worth of junk nets you 40k.

I do this pretty much every week, since I end up with a lot of trash demicrystals and allagan coins each week.
