Duty Roulette/Beast Tribe Dailies Not Resetting

So recently I discovered that when I do beast tribe dailies or the duty roulette within a few hours before reset, it will not reset, and even after the time that it was supposed to reset (11 AM EST for me) it will consider me as having recieved the rewards already / wont let me recieve any more daliy quests. This only seems to happen after 8 am. I don't understand since it's supposed to reset at 11 am EST.

So either that's not true, or it's bugged. If it's not 11 AM, than when is it supposed to reset? I can't find any explanation anywhere, all I see are confirmations that roulettes/beast tribe quests should reset 11 AM EST. So then why is that not happening for me? If it's supposed to be X time then I should be able to complete them before X time and still have them reset when X time arrives. I don't remember having this problem until very recently.

Reset has always been at 5am for me. Translated to EST this is 10am.

Perhaps you have it wrong. I have never had trouble running roulettes or daily resets like Hunt marks immediately before reset, and then immediately afterwards.

EDIT: You should also have a countdown to reset in your "timers" menu for the beast tribes.

Do you live in the countries with day light saving nonsense? Did you get the time right because day light saving doesn't shift the reset time.

Ok, after converting time, it seems 11 am est = 1 am in JP, which is 1 hour after reset. So the actual time of reset is 10 am est.

Yep currently EST reset is 10am due to DST.

My time has been reset for a while now so no. The ingame clock shows my actual local time post-converseion. I definitely did dailies only minutes before reset and long time ago and never had this problem. So something's wrong and I don't understand what it could be.

I'm not sure about that because I did an Alliance raid at 9 am and completed it before 10 and still found today it never reset. So I don't think that's what's going on.

Sounds like something to bring up with GMs. As nobody here has the same problem, might be something with your account alone.
