    This.

I always just use the Royal Flush technique.
    1. Place Hand on one end of keyboard.
    2. Rub hand back and forth across until you achieve victory.

It's the same technique I use to play Tekken.

For what it's worth, I'll share some things.

I have nerve damage in my left hand so sometimes the last two fingers go numb and don't work quite right which makes button pushing difficult. I'm also an older player and I do have some eyesight issues - not to the level of a disability mind you, but sometimes I can't see stuff. I also don't do the high end raid content, extremes, savages and whatnot mainly because of my hand.

But, The Endwalker MSQ has made the struggle worth it. Some of the MSQ story dungeons and Trials are overwhelming and certain Duties I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to complete. Usually I have to do them on the easiest level and even then sometimes it's iffy - just because of my hand. Sometimes I think the battles in the MSQ duties are way too long, too much button pushing involved. One fight in particular really made my hand hurt. But I'm glad I completed it.

It's my opinion the Expansion is worth it for the story. If you enjoy the story, Endwalker is worth getting. And even with hand issues you can make it to the end of the MSQ, though it won't be easy. And yeah, I get the hand hurting thing. But seeing the last zone made the struggle worth it.

    I remember https://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/...re-QTE-please.

Fights like those from Nier Raids, mostly 1 and 3, are... not fun.
Raids where I have to keep looking everywhere and fast aren't easy. Moving the view to catch fast moving clues, understanding what means in 3d what I see in 2d... while I have to keep up with my DPS because those fights never end is not fun.

Those are issues to me, I don't say they are to everyone. Many players can handle them, or even don't see what issue they can represent, yet they do to me.

Also, If you know of anything else that can be a real issue, could you please post it?
Other players can have issues I don't have and one single thread to gather them could be useful!
A lot of people are simply enjoying the MS, and the trust company can now even help you in trials. Give it a whirl!

Also, I've never tried it, but I bet you can make a click macro for QTE.

The QTE is honestly way more forgiving than it seems. Like with the 5.3 trial for instance even though it doesn't move up fast it's set to give you a boost if you hit the button with less than like 20% of the bar I think, so it's next to impossible to fail as long as you are trying. One particular QTE in EW gives you a solid 20 seconds to fill up the whole bar, you could probably do it with arthritis. As for the fights, know that the mindset of nier raids is still present, but you can theoretically use trusts to no brain most of them, and for the trials they aren't quite as bad but still require some work to get through. And any other issues, the first 1/3 of the MSQ is pretty lengthy and has more than a few escort quests for better or worse, but they calm down once the story really gets going.

For QTE: Simply slide your index finger across the QWERTY buttons a few times. Depending on what it is, slide until the bar fills up or slide until the timer runs out.

Visual mechanics though. Almost every mechanic in game has a visual indicator, this isn't necessarily new.

    Thank you for the replies!

Reading you, I understand that QTEs are back but kinda forgiving.
I also understand that looking everywhere is the new thing and being carried, even by NPCs, is the cost to pay as long as I won't have memorized most fights; learning while playing is gone.

It looks both helping and shaming.
    Did I understand right?

My partner has some special mouse that has a button to make a singular mouse click count as 3 inputs. I really don't know the details such as the name and how pricey it is, but he was way more chill than I in ATMs and QTEs.
