90002 Errors!?!?! Please Help!

Ever since I started playing FFXIV during Endwalker I've been getting 90002 errors. I've tried almost everything in the book to try and fix the 90002 errors. I've tried disabling large send offload, using google dns, reinstalling ffxiv, I've made sure that ffxiv is allowed through my firewall, and I even port forwarded the ports for ffxiv and nothing has truly fixed the 90002 error. For some reason I stopped getting the 90002 errors after I port forwarded the ports for ffxiv for about a week but the 90002 error came back and idk why. These 90002 errors happen randomly throughout the day at no specific time. Any help would be great.

Wired or WIFI connection?
Are there other programs being used when running FFXIV?
When the disconnect occurs/How often?
Does this only happen to one character or all characters?

When the disconnect occurs/How often? : Recently a few or more time per day. Today I've been getting the errors every hour it seems and once back-to-back as soon as I logged on.
Does this only happen to one character or all characters? I'm not sure because I only play one character and the old character that I had on the trial is on a difference server that I don't even touch anymore.
All steps taken to resolve the issue: Changing my DNS to google DNS, turning off huge load send off, flushing my DNS, resetting router, etc.
