Terrible lag from Elemental DC

I'm playing from Philippines on Gungnir Elemental and the lag has been terrible since last week. Other games work fine, even FPS games but FFXIV recently has so much lag and rubberbanding that it's actually a miracle to be able to play smoothly this holiday season.

I've checked tracert and it's mostly a dropped ping on the middle while other DCs almost have no dropped connections, even with a VPN.
