FFIXV and it's Issues'

Hallo, I didn't know what to title this thread because frankly it's my first forum thread in a long arse time. I have been playing MMORPGs since about 2003 and FFXIV since ARR with other MMORPGs spread between times I have taken breaks from FFXIV. Have played FFXIV constantly since February 2020 no breaks. With playing the game so much I have found systems that are frankly just garbage for an mmorpg. Concerns I have as listed:

Glamour System is garbage compared to other mmorpgs, it should be more akin to how GW2, WoW and Diablo 3 Reaper of Souls has it. Limited Glamour Plates is not fun either especially with the amount of sets you can have.

Achievement System is garbage compared to other games. Most of the achievements are do this X amount of times, instead of being inventive and not boring to do. They also have far too many bad rewards. Titles aren't fun when every other achievement gives one. The lack of proper Meta Achievements and rewards is also something I dearly miss.

Retainer System is pure garbage. It should all be in one Menu instead of x amount of menus per amount of retainers you have. As well as not being able to send them all out at the same time with one click is also not a good thing.

Mandatory MSQ to do end game content. While the game is focus based not everyone is playing for the MSQ and only want to do end game content, allowing players to level up in a good speed without touching MSQ and do end game content would be far better.

Game isn't rewarding enough. You can spend a long time grinding something out and just get an title for it. Which isn't fun. Or it's a mount but the mount looks garbage i.e the 500 Voucher mount.

the Market board system is quite outdated by today standards and imho should be updated to something similar to how OSRS GE and how WoW's work now. Listing items is an chore in itself.

I am just highlighting some of the issues that I encounter daily in this game. There are more of them.

I just started this 3 months ago or so. ALL of what you said is spot on. The absolutely horrible support (oh submit a form and answer 30 questions, after you already typed exact details on the issue and half the things they are asking for is totally not related to the issue), telling you "Oh you qulalify for the next class quest" then it taking 5 more damn levels or more of MSQ to actually DO the class quest, so you're already like 6 levels past when you wanted and needed it to help you progress.

FFXIV sorely needs some work to update the antiquated crap, the transmog system is awful, the auction house is awful. Of course with millions of players it takes a long time to make changes, but these are things that needed changing 5 years ago from what I see.

I will NOT continue playing this when my 6 month sub runs out. There's just too many things that really suck, the main thing being so tied to having to do a MSQ line then getting stuck with like 8 dungeons to do before you can move on. Dungeons are easy, it's just that there's no diverse um, FIGHTING stuff to do while you wait in queue because after a poing FATEs and LEVEs are worthless repetitive nonsense. 3D is NOT 3D, it's more like expanded 2D tiled nonsense, it is not a true open world game. I could go on, but why. It's a forum, you don't really think they pay much attention to our complaints here, do you? If they can't easily answer a simple support ticket and make you jump through 4 emails exchanges with 5 days in between answers, and NOT ONCE treat you like a real human, then what is the point here.
