Atma drop rate, need help.

Hi!

I'm farming atma to ARR relics, but I've done around 20th FATES and nothing dropped... I'm using relic zenith while doing FATES...

Any tips for drop? Or does any chance to devs review these drop rates?

Atma farming theory - can confirm it works. Make sure to use a translator.

the drop rates have been increased several times since the content was current. I'm sorry, i think youre just unlucky.
Double check that youre in the correct zone and try again is my only advice.

I'm trying weapon change everydrop... i're as bard, changed to nin and dropped at first FATE... I'm doing all relics at same time... I think it isn't a good idea =/

The drop rate is just dogshit, sorry. I've had two drop back to back, and I've done 30 in a row with no drop. Just keep at it.

Atma=work. Its luck not more or less, have farmed [for one weapon] nearly whole week and for another what 3 to 4 hours. If you are unlucky your are unlucky.

I finished all the ARR relics. All of them. ALL OF THEM.

Going along with the theory that another user posted from a Japanese player, if I hadn't gotten a drop in one zone after 3-4 FATES, I would switch to a different zone.

Once I got a drop in that zone, I'd switch to another. The process is soul sucking and it's going to be slow.

I had a spreadsheet to keep track.

I also only ever did one relic step at once, while doing multiple relics, because you will be repeating a LOT of dungeons, and it's way easier to do multiple relics on different steps simultaneously than it is to do them all at once. Why not farm Atma for one job while you're camping a FATE in that specific zone for a book? Etc.

After you finish the first one, you can then later on do the quests at the same time you're doing a book for the next job, with a minimal number of dungeon repeats.

I’ve finished all zodiac weapons.

One thing that I’d like to add in the wiki providing the guide for this relic questline is a big red colored disclaimer:”Do this only if you hate yourself.”

I’m glad my relic weapon obsession is over… for now.
