Basically NFT's are Beanie Babies. They only have value if someone wants them. Once the market is saturated and no one cares, they will be worthless. Just like Beanie Babies.

Worse than Beanie Babies even. After the Beanie Babies market crash, at least you could still hold/touch/look at the physical item.
