[Monk Newbie] Some job fantasy thoughts to monk

Hi, I am new to FF14 and recently committed to monk.
Being only at lv70 I am in no position to talk about strength and optimization. Just wanted to share some thoughts regarding job fantasy and QoL stuff. It's all subjective and love to hear what community is thinking.

    1. I do think we need visuals for leaden fist buff, like make monk fists glowing some sort. During fight I always found myself searching for that small icon of Leaden Fist. I don't think keep remembering if you have that buff, or searching that small icon is "skill-required" for a job.
    2. Same goes to damage buff. Would like some visuals at job gauge.
    3. When I unlocked 60 blitz, I feel excited but also strange, as I could not find the "job fantasy" of monk, because the three execution all seems distinct. Elixir Field makes me feel like some iron man shooting out laser, whereas the other two are all martial skills.

Personally Elixir Field really hype me up, it feels like monk is unleashing the chakara as pure power out, like those in Dragon Ball. I would love it to be the final skill actually.

Tornado kick, on the contrary, is such a poor animation. Those moves manifest no power at all. I have no idea where that big blue ball shows up, just looks like a soft balloon and suddenly deals damage.

Anyway as a newbie I like monk so far and will be committed, but I do feel like monk is not receiving the same amount of love as reaper. Hopefully they will continue to keep track of this newly reworked job.
