Oh for sure, which makes it all the more hilarious because attaching an NFT to the item is completely pointless. But they would do it to add more "value" and "legitimatize" it as a real thing. And people will buy into it. The NFT crowd for the most part are either cult members or scam artist's. I'm not saying NFT's cant have a use. But in something like FFXIV, it has zero legitimate use outside trying to funnel more money out of players.

But yeah its why I stay as far away from something like Roblox. And that's what this fool of a president wants to turn his games into. Because they do make a ton of money atm
