Sure, but who would actually go through the trouble of doing this just for PvP where your contribution is only 1/24th of the equation and you'll get rewarded regardless of whether you win or lose?

I don't see how making characters bigger would be helpful, and seeing stealthed characters would only be helpful for the first 2 or 3 gcd's before it becomes a war of attrition like all 1 on 1 PvP fights do unless some other people join to help

I agree, cheats and mods should not be allowed in this game, I know they can replace entire bodies with NSFW models, to say the least.

How does it affect me?. They can make my characters naked, and every other character at that; They can attach excessively large dongs to female characters and even though I wouldn't see it inside my game I know other players using such mods will be seeing what they shouldn't.

Besides that, allowing mods in this game might give the developers an excuse to "not upgrade the graphics", since others are doing half-as*ed jobs with their custom models.

Finally, on the business side, by allowing mods SE is letting players use paid optional items like Korean outfits without buying them, they just swap files and done.

I will welcome anything SE can do to avoid mods and cheating.

Uh.. I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt because you pretty obviously don't understand how the mods actually work, but they legit cannot just make your character naked unless you're sitting around with absolutely no gear on (and why would you even be doing that to begin with)? I'd also like to point out that its not just "swap files and done" in regards to "paid optional Korean outfits". Mod creators first have to find a piece of gear that closely resembles the outfit in question, as if they don't not only is it a lot of work trying to get the outfit to work properly but even after all their effort it still might not work at all. I also rather like how you've got this, "Even though I can't see it I know its still there and so I don't like it" mentality going on. If you can't see it why exactly does it bother you? It legit doesn't affect your game at all, so at this point you're just trying to police what other players are doing which is technically against the ToS, much like using mods can be.

And believe it or not, improving graphics into 4k or whatever is an extremely small minority of the modding community. Most who use outfit mods (which is a very large part of the modding community) use them purely because they want an outfit to look better, not just graphics-wise but appearance wise. Many use them just to hide capes, which look ugly on nearly everything in the game because half of the game's races all have tails that cause clipping. In my case, I'd likely use mods because most of the caster outfits and armors in this game just look like crap, with the exception of the Scion Sorceress set (which I bought as soon as it went on sale because it was better than spending who knows how long trying to find a caster outfit mod I liked).

With all that you still never said how it actually affects you, given you will never be aware in that moment if someone is seeing you differently or not. Other players see things they shouldnt? Well if they explicitly install a mod to see something they SHOULD see it rofl, you just don't agree with them doing it.

Yoshi P addressed the possibility of graphics updates before, go look it up.
The mogstation is in no danger of missing huge sales due to a mod. Every PC player I know buys from their shop, even the ones who run mods rofl.

As ever just a bunch of busy bodies minding people doing some perfectly innocent things (ledge sitting or custom poses)
You don't get to control what people do on their PC. If someone wants to turn your character into a lalafell or futa they can and SE has already said not too, not to spread such images and that they will NOT introduce invasive software for anti cheat. Mods are a huge part of big gaming communities. SE takes the stance to protect themselves and leave the community to it's own devices, unless a swathe of lala nsfw goes around and gets media attn I don't see it changing.

Grow up it doesn’t effect you at all. Someone using nude mod’s doesnt affect ur game in the slightest. And ur transphobia about them having woman with penises makes u look very petty and discriminatory. Some woman have penises some dont get over it

Isn't the whole point of identity that you respect other people's identity? Mods adding penises to other players' female characters would be disrespecting and misgendering them for the modder's own personal enjoyment. So your argument doesn't fly.

Also, identity aside, I think it is reasonable that you don't want your character forcefully modded into NSFW states if you don't consent to it. "You don't know it anyway" is not the strong argument you think it is. You can still be uncomfortable with it because it's just not how you want to be preceived and treated by others.

(And speaking of stalking, if you do happen to be targeted and are not just someone's background decoration people with bad intentions can spread screenshots and vids of your modded character.)
