I am not sure if it's a bot or a awesome person, but any time there is a S Rank spawn, they shout it out in my ward in the goblet.

I'd assume the latter, though by relying on relays from the former.

It's gotten to a point where you're practically forced to rely on the bot relays if you want to make it to hunts on time unless you're associated with one of your server's spawning groups.
