You wish to use it in a way that surmises people are low intelligence or physically incapable? That's using it in a discriminatory manner, stuff that can get you not only suspended/banned from the forums, but banned from the game.

Stop. Handicapped is not a derogatory term, that's why they have handicap parking spots, handicap stickers for your car, and handicap stalls in bathrooms, but I guess these things are derogatory in existence then? Every one wants to turn every word into something it isn't. It's time to stop.
