You're free to say whatever you like, but there are consequences for using words in a derogatory context.

You wish to use the word Handicap? Fine

You wish to use it in a way that surmises people are low intelligence or physically incapable? That's using it in a discriminatory manner, stuff that can get you not only suspended/banned from the forums, but banned from the game.
