Yep that was what I got from Yoshida as well.

He doesn't *want* to crack down on mods, but the GMs will handle it case by case if other players are being clearly harassed using those mods

And nope, someone using Parsers for themselves or optimisation tools that don't actually change gameplay in any way does not count as harassment.

Although that Cactpot line finder, yea that thing needs to go.
