Mods and cheat engine

I agree, cheats and mods should not be allowed in this game, I know they can replace entire bodies with NSFW models, to say the least.

How does it affect me?. They can make my characters naked, and every other character at that; They can attach excessively large dongs to female characters and even though I wouldn't see it inside my game I know other players using such mods will be seeing what they shouldn't.

Besides that, allowing mods in this game might give the developers an excuse to "not upgrade the graphics", since others are doing half-as*ed jobs with their custom models.

Finally, on the business side, by allowing mods SE is letting players use paid optional items like Korean outfits without buying them, they just swap files and done.

I will welcome anything SE can do to avoid mods and cheating.

The excuse I've seen everywhere is that they won't upgrade the graphics is bc of ps4 users- it would leave them out so which excuse is it now again? Modders making the game look more desirable for themselves so it makes you mad?

You have to go out of your way to find modded screens of XIV

And you're talking like the entire modding community only use nude mods. With that kind of assumption, I can do & say anything about any community now

90% of them just want new hairstyles & better face models/ fix Viera issues that xiv devs won't- Why do you think that is? Are you going to blame modders for that? is someone else going to blame PS4 limitations?

On the business side, if people are swapping paid optional outfits bc these things have been asked for & it's nowhere in sight for folks to purchase..... I guess it's bc SE doesn't care?

I wasn't ACTUALLY blaming ps4 players - go back & read my post slowly
- And people are going to change hairstyles & tweak facial features due to a lack of variety available in game
