Typically as long as the photo isn't thief, they permit it. Otherwise a lot of generic catgirls wouldn't be able to post any photo since most look alike and you don't own the design of a character.
Reread who I was replying to. He was talking about posting NSFW images on a SFW discord.

Also, as an aside...aint nobody going to recognize your character even if someone uses it. I mean...especially if they aren't wearing any clothes.
