Crafter/Gatherer Materia 6/7 Missing from Scrip Exchange.

Went to buy Cunning VII Materia from Scrip Exchange in Radz-At-Han, They were missing. Checked all other Scrip Exchange. None of them showed VII or VI. Checked Gatherer as well, not there. They exist to me on the marketboard and through Skybuilders Scrips but not through Scrip Exchange. Asked a friend, they clearly can see them and i cannot. Pic below.

2. Checked Crafter/Gatherer Materia on all Scrip Exchange for VI/VII
3. Fully Closed Game/Restarted PC
4.Checked Radz-At-Han, Then all other Scrip Exchange. Still wasnt there.

you have to go to Rhalgr's Reach at x9.8,y12.4 and do the quest from Galiena to unlock custom deliveries that will unlock the 6 and 7 materia at scrip exchanges.
