    Site seeing locations not showing up even when conditions and time is right

    In-game time: 1422 Eorzean
    Area and coordinates: Upper La Noscea
    Steps:
    1. Went to location and waited
    2. Made sure weather and time is right
    3. Not sightseeing indicator

    went to the location 3 times when the weather and time is right and I even have a google spreadsheet but the location is not showing up still regardless of level and job it doesn't show up.

    ARR sightseeing spots have no visual indicators. They only came starting with those in Heavensward.
