Gameplay Improvement: Warrior

Add a second bar to the Warrior UI that shows the Duration of Stormbreaker, similar to the Ninja's Huton.
This will make it a lot easier to see how long Stormbreaker buff is sill on, instead of having to look at a cluttered Buffbar.

Dragoon and Dark Knight have it's buff timers in better spots and not just cluttering the buff bar. Warrior's can get some love too. I have having to search for it when I have 6 buffs and only 1/30th of a second to glance up at that section of my hud.

I wish they would break apart the HP and MP bars so I could hide HP, which is worthless on tanks, melee and range. Then something like this change would fit perfectly next to HP.

Honestly this is something i'd like to see for more than Just warrior, any job with upkeep like this should have optional gauges to allow another way to keep an eye on them without having to move buffs over to a specific spot, i'd kill for this on MNK for my Twin Snakes
