Precisely, and they've learned nothing. Why does this keep happening every single patch? Why can they not get Summoner correct. Why is physick still a thing? this many expansions in? Someone at square secretly wants to delete SMN. Only explanation lol. SMN should never be doing more damage than a BLM, that's for certain. BLM should always be on top. But no way in hell should a support class with a insta raise be out damaging a SMN. It's nonsense, you can't justify a caster with a insta raise and on demand healing (regardless if whether someone uses it or not) having more damage than a class that CAN rez, but slowly, CAN heal but only in a phase, only regen and not whenever they feel like it. It's ridiculous.
