RDM should get a slight nerf

SMN brings slightly more utility and is significantly easier to play at this point in time. In fact, it is hands down the easiest DPS to play in the entire game - even more so than RPR. If we're talking about using job complexity as a criteria for determining DPS potential, then SMN should definitely be down there with the healers. Nerfing RDM really serves no purpose other than to inconvenience part of the player-base because another part of it is mad about their job being completely reworked to be sprout friendly.
