What about SAM and BLM that have zero utility AND subpar dps compared to RPR and MNK?

in the "everything else but RDM (maybe bard) needs to be brought up a little" category

I think magic casters should be brought up not down. At the moment there is like a 15% difference, this is far too much imo. Every mage should be buffed by 5-7% and SMN by 7-9%.
