is SE duping Crystals?

I spend considerable amount of time farming Gil so I can buy bigger plot in 6.1 And I find that Wind Crystals sell like hot cakes. I use my gatherer retainers to farm them and every 40 minutes, they bring a nice chunks of it. Until recently all was fine, but lately I notice that a retainer named Roktaini is flooding an entire Chaos datacentre with tens of thousands of the said item on a daily basis,. And I wonder, is this SE duping? or some gilseller/bot with characters on all Chaos worlds? I find it most intriguing.

well for what it's worth (probably not much), I made a report to investigate the owner of the said retainer. Not holding my breath at all though, but you never know..

Yeah, there is literally no point in even reporting them anymore.

You will get a warning/banned in the span of hours if you insult someone, for that the GMs are responsive and good. Anything else, is just a joke, hackers, stalkers, bots you name it.

IMO this is why it's best to have a variety of items you gather and sell. I've been focusing on endwalker items and this happens regularly - possible-botter floods the market till it goes down to 300 gil per (or less) for a while. I have a "cut off" price where I stop selling the items for a while, until it goes so low they lose interest. But I keep my stock ready so that when it goes back up (sometimes to over 1k per!) I'm there and ready to take advantage of it.

Also works out because, lacking a bot army, it means I can focus on the stuff that's actually selling and, without said army, which takes up all my time to gather anyways.

Yeah, tho what really baffles me, is that it's ENTIRE Chaos datacentre. Same item, same retainer name. Completely broken this is..

I noticed a while ago that there's a bot on each server of Aether that does nothing but rotate between the Stormblood ephemeral nodes 24/7, using aetherial reduction to farm crystals/clusters.

Their FCs use a similar naming scheme so it's painfully obvious they're connected, but as mentioned, reporting them didn't do squat.

I dont see how this has to be botting, i have 9999 on me, my 4 retainers have 9999, my fc chest has 9999. I used to sell them just off of the aether reduction i used to do to get aethersands. Its really easy to have a massive amount of them.

It's mostly the "on every single Chaos server" part that makes it rather suspicious.
