Slight annoyance with the teleport menu/ui.

So, after Endwalker dropped, for some reason I feel like the teleport menu is becoming, in my humble opinion, a scrambled mess.

I understand that this might be just my need to have things organized, but having everything that does not fit thrown into a "Others" tab just irks me for some reason.

I spend a bit of time in paint to draw an idea how I think it could be done better.

Recategorizing the Others tab does not require changing the tab layout, so I'm not sure why you think that's necessary to achieve what you're trying to achieve.

I see you've made Old Sharlayan into a tab in the Eorzea category. Old Sharlayan is not part of Eorzea.

Mor Dhona could just be made part of Ishgard and Surrounding Areas, as Coerthas is literally surrounded by Dravania, Abalathia's Spine, and Mor Dhona. The residential teleports could be their own tab. But "The Sea..." and "The World..." are in Others not just because there is no better place for them but probably also because the region names are major spoilers, so they can't be put in any tab that has a more specific name than "Others" or some nondescript label like "???".

Besides all of this, the design you've mocked up would mean some destinations require you to choose Eorzea, then a region tab, then a destination. Why? The current layout lets you choose just a region tab and then a destination, and if a redesign of the UI would require you to make multiple decisions before choosing your destination, then the redesign was probably unnecessary.
