Unable to post in any other thread

Hello, I just created my forum account and wanted to post in another thread; however, I only receive an error saying I do not have permission, and this is due to my account being locked or not activated.

I doubt it's the former since the account is just a few minutes old, and am unsure if it's the latter, as I have not gotten any sort of confirmation email to 'activate' it. Is there an extra step I need to do to open up privilege's to post in other threads?

New players can't post until you've reached a certain level (I think 15?). I'm not sure if there's a restriction when you first join the forums. I assume that's to limit people creating new characters just to spam threads. You should have access to the New Player, Technical Support and Bug Report sections for the time being.
