Leveling Roulette -- Full Group -- Penalty

kind of defeats the purpose of it being a "roulette" if you're trying to game the system, no?

So does the option to restrict the lvling roulette to the highest dungeons the lowest level person in a premade can access, but they added that. I think they can safely remove leaving penalties for fully premades for all roulettes besides alliance personally.
