Leveling Roulette -- Full Group -- Penalty

you normally don't incur a penalty for leaving other 4 man content... EXCEPT for Roulettes. The penalty is put there so that you can't just easily leave and fish for something that you want to do over something you don't want to do. This is how it's always been. You should have waited for the vote kick 5 min timer instead.

I guess I'd ask why it matters if a full party tries to fish for a certain instance? Obviously that's not good if randoms are involved, but if it's a premade, why should it matter? The roulette is for making sure that newer players can play older dungeons in a timely matter, but if it's a full premade, they are taken out of the equation.

kind of defeats the purpose of it being a "roulette" if you're trying to game the system, no?

Joining the roulette as a full party kind of defeats the purpose of the roulette anyway, at least in part, because roulette queues are supposed to supply party members to people queuing for specific dungeons. Presumably that's why they've allowed for the limited dungeon choice in a full party because it doesn't affect anyone but the party themselves.
