Castrum is way harder than Praetorium. Castrum has may 5 to 10 minutes of cutscenes when Prae has over 30 minutes of them. Prae is just a walk to the next set of cutscenes but Castrum have to do bunch of huge pulls. If they both gave the same xp I would pick Prae anyday over Castrum. Prae cutscenes give you time to do other things. Done both of them over 100 times and Prae gives over 3 times more xp than Castrum. When your using food, rested xp, and item to increase xp.
