I got into Castrum via the MSQ roulette some days ago and half of the party left right away. That is bad for the game. If I queue for a roulette I know I might get into a dunteon that I don't like very much, but I will do it anyway because that's what I signed for when I used the roulette to queue. The fact that so many people prefer to leave and take the penalty means that the penalty is not so much a penalty, so I have a little suggestion: change slightly the roulette system so that:

Option A: if you quit a duty roulette before ending it or an abandone vote went through you get locked out of such roulette for the day, without the rewards, obviously. I mean, you can queue again, but you will not get the bonus rewards that day.

Option B: If you quit a duty roulette before ending it or an abandone vote went through you get locked in that dungeon for thar roulette for the rest of the day so, either you finish it or you don't get to do anything different from that roulette until you do.

I like your option B, but I would just lock them out of the roulette for the day. There would be no reason for players to run it again if they knew they wouldn't get any bonus rewards.

    It's our fault !!!
It was (is) the actions of the players that prompted these changes.

The players are becoming more selfish and disrespectful of anyone's time but their own.
