Is Leve EXP Far Too Generous Now?

I understand and accept that SE have made crafting easier but having finally got around to focusing on my crafting a bit the leve exp seems really generous above level 80. I had done GC turn ins a bit so my crafters were all about level 83-84 and I did have penta melded crafting gear from the last expansion but it takes about 3 or 4 turn ins to level up and I didn't even upgrade my gear from the level 80 stuff. In just a few hours I had 3 level 90 crafters, that seems far too easy to me.

Leveling 1-90 on all crafting is still a massive task.

Maybe it's too easy. Maybe it's not. Leves weren't made in mind with Penta melded crafting gear or with a mind to keep players away from Lv90 so it shouldn't be very challenging to begin with.

you are probably just reaping the reward from having leveled and melded everything in the previous expansion, making crafting stuff from endwalker a cakewalk and therefor skews your perception of how fast leves help you level.

Even if you don't have penta melded gear, just hq facet no melds will be enough to easily get to 90 fast. Its to fast imo.

leves are fine in terms of EXP
what leves need is a leve NPC in each area so you dont have to return to the main city to collect rewards for DoL

They are fine although it can be disheartening for some max level a crafter and still not completing a completion list.
In general you have many ways to just power level crafter/gatherer such Grand Companies and Collectables or even the Firmament.

Leves are simple one of them and fast enough since you can craft near a MB/bell and just dump there

We already need a lot of exp just to get this far.

No thanks tbh, Leves should be extremely good for exp considering they're gated by a limited amount as per the timer for resets, and leveling crafters by just grinding away would be absolutely boring, if Leves didn't give a lot of exp then collectibles would become the new king
