Now, they especially dislike harassment and you're especially likely to get in trouble for that. But if you talk about your tools in game, even without harassing anyone, or otherwise give SE any evidence that you're using stuff, you could still get in trouble.

Note that I don't support this policy, but I don't like leading people to believe that they can't get in trouble for their third party stuff.

"Stop reporting people for this, we can't prove it, we have no intention of proving it, just stop"

"However, if they happen to be using it to harass someone, calling out their performance for instance and there's clear evidence they are using the tool, report them, they will be handled for harassment first, third party tools second"
