Realistically anything that's not sub-30 or so should be good enough for most people. Though, you mention your own parses, but I can't seem to find any from ya. Interesting.I mean. Eh. Someone who got from Orange down to purple/blue/green parse over the years find it that is has no Value anymore.
Fflog was fun back in the days but not anymore. There are ways to get «top». (Padding, doing raids on monday where there are few people eteetc)
When years go by… people wont care for fflog. I certainly Dont anymore.
There was a person On PF savage (this tier) asked me to show my fflog for his kill run.
He saw blue and thought it was bad.. then i proceed to tell him that he should check out my older ones. Yikes he changed his mind and kept me.
But i left
Im glad i started playing this game on ps4. Made me more aware of my own skills than relying on other sort of 3rd party tool. But after changing to PC during ShB. Ouuf so worth it!
But i dont find parsing any harm if you JUST keep it for yourself. I just dislike the whole fflog thing going on these days… «defining players worth» ..
I just cleared p1s with a dark knight in 0%... So sub 30 doesn't matter. As long as total DPS checks out.
In the end I have hit enrage more due to people not doing mechanics than DPS issues.

Someone always has to parse 0% in a given fight, that does not mean you should dismiss logs in your recruitment process. Try filling your party with nothing but resident grey loggers and see how well that goes. You will never clear the doorboss of P4S like that even if mechanics are performed correctly. At the very least not until the group outgears the content by a huge margin.
Sub-30 is a pretty arbitrary number to give, but nothing wrong with having any form of a standard in your recruitment.
