And if the boss is i deed killed, that checks 3 of your marks
1) boss cleared within enrage timer
2 & 3) the person in question knows how to perform mechanics because (henceforth does not die) otherwise it would invalidate previous point or severely decrease final performance if the boss is killed regardless.

It even shows if the person was greeding by displaying the number of vuln stacks they got over the fight
