Parsing unfair but okay?

I'm not against parsers in a void, but FFLogs existing as a permanent performance record that you can't escape from is aggravating.

On the contrary, I actually loved this about the logs. Serves as a reminder where we used to be and/or how average consistency is the key rather than the extreme end of spectrum.

Then again if somebody decides to selectively pull our less favorable records to berate, that actually says a lot more about them.
